Wondering how to get a 50% NHS discount on Domino’s pizza?

We all owe the NHS are huge debt of thanks and so it’s good to know that their hard work is rewarded, even in just a small way, with some money off delicious food! 

Whatever you love to pile on top of the pizza – in our house everyone likes something different – this discount will make the slices taste even better. 

I have several family members who are NHS workers and I know that they take advantage of this offer whenever they have a pizza craving!

Does Domino’s offer a NHS discount?

Yes Domino’s does offer  a 50% discount just for NHS workers. 

You’ll need an NHS ID and to pay for your order in person in a Domino’s pizza store. 

If you want to get your order delivered to your door you can get 30% off your bill, but you’ll need to be signed up to a Blue Light Card account. 

How to get Domino’s NHS discount 

It’s pretty straightforward to get your NHS discount on Domino’s pizza – simply present your NHS ID in store when ordering and you’ll qualify for 50% off. 

There is no NHS Domino’s discount code for NHS workers. 

You can ring your order in in advance, but you’ll need to pay in person at a Domino’s store so that you can present your NHS ID and get the discount. 

Please note that the 50% off only applies to your actual pizza, not your side dishes. 

And because Domino’s is a franchise you may find that certain branches offer a variation on the discount, so they may only offer 25%. This really is a bit of a postcode lottery so check ahead with your local branch if this is going to be a problem. 

It’s worth noting that Domino’s offers all kinds of offers throughout the month and these are always changing. 

So double check whether there’s a current voucher code that may prove to be a better saving than using your NHS discount – it can depend on what you’re actually ordering. 

Does Domino’s give an NHS discount on delivery?

You cannot get the 50% NHS Domino’s discount for delivery, as you need to present your card in person at the time of payment. 

But you can get 30% off your pizza with the Blue Light Card deal. This offer also includes sides such as garlic bread, drinks and desserts.

How to get an NHS worker discount on Domino’s delivery

Unfortunately NHS staff cannot get 50% off your Domino’s through delivery. There’s no option through online ordering to show your NHS ID card, and there isn’t a specific voucher code linked to the NHS ID that you can use. 

But don’t worry, you won’t be limited to collection only to get a better deal on your takeaway! 

Blue Light Card holders can get access to Domino’s deals via the app or website. The good news is this can be used by NHS staff and other key workers!

Simply go to the Blue Light Card app or website to see the latest offer. 

The bad news is its not quite as good as the 50% off on collections you would get with your NHS ID card. However the most recent offer is for 30% off when you spend a minimum of £20. 

This offer includes sides as well, so it’s a decent chunk off your bill. 

Do shop around for the latest local discounts for your branch, as there are often online voucher codes offering 40 to 50% off. 

Where to find Domino’s discount codes 

What if you want your Domino’s delivered and don’t have a Blue Light Card? There are still plenty of other ways you can save money on your Domino’s pizza.

I am not an NHS or key worker but I never pay full price for my Domino’s because there’s always a valid voucher code to be found. 

I start by Googling Domino’s voucher codes and generally find the latest codes on sites such as Daily Mail’s discount code site or Voucher Codes.  

These discount codes often have a threshold of around £30 before you can get some money off, but if you’re purchasing for a group of friends or a family then you’re bound to hit that amount easily.
