With the cost of living rocketing, every little bit of help parents can get to keep kids happy during the school holidays is welcome!
These fantastic kids meal deals are a great way to save money on food at a time when we are all feeling the pinch.

Places where kids eat for free or as little as £1
Here is a complete summary of the offers available at large restaurant and cafe chains across the country.
Please double check the dates – some of the offers end before the final days of the summer holidays and some do not start until a few days after the schools have broken up.
Also check the terms and conditions as many of these offers ask you to purchase an adult meal in order to qualify for a free kids meal.
ASDA Cafe
Kids eat for £1 every day in ASDA cafes in England and Wales. The great thing about this offer is there is no minimum adult spend!
Babies can also enjoy a free pouch of Ella’s Kitchen baby food.
An Asda spokesperson said: “We know that families can find the summer holidays tough, and our customers are telling us that this year more than ever, they’re concerned about holiday hunger.
“With that in mind, we are so pleased to be able to offer children’s meals for just £1, with no minimum adult spend, to ensure that those who would normally rely on a school meal aren’t left without.”
This offer is available seven days a week from July 25 to September 4.
Beefeater
Up to two kids can eat a free breakfast with every adult breakfast purchased! This is for kids aged 16 and under.
Bella Italia
Kids eat for just £1 with the purchase of every adult main meal from 4pm to 6pm, Monday through Thursday.
The offer for kids includes three course and a fruit juice. This meal is suitable for two to 11 year olds.

Brewers Fayre
You can snap up a free breakfast for up to two kids under 16 with every adult breakfast purchased.

Cafe Rouge
Kids can eat for £1 at Cafe Rouge when an adult orders a main from the a la carte menu.
Not available on Saturdays.
Dobbies Garden Centres
Kids eat for free as long as you purchase an adult main meal. This covers items on the kids lunch menu or the pick ’n’ mix meal deal, plus a drink. This is available from midday every day.
Dunelm
Families visiting Dunelm’s Pausa Cafe can take advantage of the kids eat free deal.
You can get one free mini-main, two snacks and a drink for every £4 spent in Dunelm’s cafe.

Heathrow Airport
Jetting off on holiday this year? Why not fill up on a free meal for the kids before you fly!
At Heathrow airport there is a kids eat free offer running from July 23 to September 4.
Restaurants participating include Leon, YO!, Spuntino and Big Smoke.

Hungry Horse
Kids can enjoy a free breakfast at Hungry Horse restaurants every day until midday.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult, paying at least £3.49, in order to qualify. There is a maximum of two kids’ breakfasts per one adult breakfast.

Morrisons
Grab your weekly shop and a free meal for the kids while you’re at it!
Morrisons is offering a free lunch or dinner for a child up to age 16 when you purchase an adult meal worth £4.99 or more.
Preto
This restaurant has branches in Chelmsford, Colchester and Enfield offering a free meal for kids aged up to 10.

IKEA
Kids can enjoy a meal from the children’s menu for just 95p! For £1.50 you can get a combination meal for the kids which includes a hot meal, jelly, soft drink and a piece of fruit.
This offer runs from July 11 to September 3.
Sizzling Pubs
Kids eat for just £1 at Sizzling Pubs this summer. You will need to purchase an adult Sizzling meal to qualify for this.
The offer runs from July 25 to September 2, and is available Mondays to Fridays, 3pm to 7pm.

Table Table
Grab a free breakfast for kids with every adult breakfast purchase. You can get a maximum of two free kids’ breakfasts for every adult breakfast costing £9.50.

YO!
Fancy sushi? The team at YO! Is offering its kids eat free deal again for the summer holidays.
One child eats free for every £10 spent on food by the accompanying adults. A maximum of three kids per table can eat for free.
This offer is valid until September 29, Mondays through Thursdays from 3pm to 5.30pm.
